IS THE AREA SAFE?
▹▹▹ Absolutely. The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where people look out for one another.  Also the home is completely fenced and gated, so our guests have always felt secure. Plus, with shops and beaches just a short drive away, you get the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS?
▹▹▹ Sure do! We’ve got high-speed WiFi.  You can also set up your laptop on one of the many tables or bar counter.

A short drive to the ocean, and close to stunning beaches, and everything you need, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Located in a peaceful, family-friendly area just 20 minutes south of Hilo, and close to the ocean, you'll have easy access to nature and attractions like Shipman Beach Hike, Kaloli Point, as well as the colorful town of Pahoa.

It's recommended to have a car.  We do have cars for rent, please inquire.

We are pet-friendly, but under the following conditions:  

- Only 1 well-behaved dog under 60lbs.
- The dog cannot be left home alone at any time, as we have found from experience that pets alone can bark nonstop as well as cause damage to the house.
- please pay a Pet Fee of $100, thanks.

Sorry, but NO CATS or other animals!
